Orders & Shipping policy
Upon placing your order, we will promptly send you an email to confirm receipt and subsequently notify you via email once the order has been dispatched, indicating acceptance.
Dispatch of ordered product(s) may occur at different times.
Before delivery, all product(s) will undergo inspection and packaging by our trusted delivery partners.
Our delivery partners endeavor to deliver your package promptly. If they encounter difficulties reaching the provided address or coordinating a suitable delivery time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
We typically dispatch most orders within 2-5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Prepaid orders with a billing value equal to or exceeding INR 900 are exempt from shipping charges. However, for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a shipping charge of INR 100 per item applies.
Any shipping or delivery-related disputes must be communicated to us within 48 hours via email (skinishindia@gmail.com), preferably within 24 hours, for timely resolution. According to policy, courier and logistics partners in India do not address delivery disputes raised after 48 hours.
Orders returned to origin (RTO’d) due to customer unavailability will incur a shipping fee of INR 100 for re-shipping.
Damages
Skinish assumes no liability for products damaged or lost during shipping. In the event of receiving damaged goods, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, retaining all packaging materials and damaged items.
Estimated Delivery Time
For areas served by reputable couriers, delivery typically occurs within 3 to 5 business days post-shipping (excluding Sundays and holidays). For other areas, delivery may take 5-7 days depending on location.
The delivery date displayed during order placement is tentative and subject to change post-shipment. An Estimated Delivery Date will be provided post-shipment for tracking purposes.
Unforeseen Delays
While we aim to adhere to communicated Estimated Delivery Dates, unforeseen delays due to logistical challenges beyond our control may occur. Skinish reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion in cases of prolonged delivery times or untraceable shipments, refunding the amount paid for cancelled products.
Tracking Orders
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing tracking number details and the courier company processing your order.
Address Changes
Delivery addresses can be modified only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the purchased item(s) have been shipped. However, requests for address updates may not be accepted if there are discrepancies in charges or taxes between the original and updated delivery addresses.
